Back to work

Well, starting Monday I'm going back to work. The company I was working for got a bid for 275 jobs, and they're expected to complete 25 a week, so that means 11 weeks on work for me. It's great! We can really use the opportunity, and this way if Dan's job ends up going on strike we'll still have money coming in. Because of all this tomorrow will be Katie's last day in the Friday gymnastics class, we'll have to switch her back to Saturdays, which won't be as nice, but hopefully she'll adapt to it well. the good thing is that she is getting her wish and going back to preschool. The 11 weeks of work will be up the last week of May, which is 3 weeks before my externship starts, and 9 weeks before I graduate, so it's actually perfect timing. Of course if they offer me additional work I'll consider taking it, but it will make things a bit harder to work out. We'll see what happens!!

Gymnastics Update

Well, Friday started the newest round of gymnastics classes. Katie was ecstatic! She did so great in the class. There are only two other kids in the class with her, so there is a lot more time to focus on each child and really learn how to do things. She did such an excellent job, I was so proud of her! Since there are so few children in the class now I am going to attempt to get some good pictures to share. I even bought new batteries for the camera, so there are no excuses now!!
